Some of the sales jobs have you working with companies all over NJ. Good first sales job. Most business associates have an idea of the work environment and will help you find something better when you are ready.
Cons
There is no future there unless you are family. There's no real opportunity to make good $$ in a sales role because only family is positioned to get the best opportunities or given big accounts. It is frustrating to see people praised at meetings for big sales and we all sit there knowing the truth. Also, everything you do on computer/phone is monitored. Any personal calls are logged. Owner likes to drink and drink with the staff. Has memory like an elephant though so be careful how you interact with him and his family even after hours.
