Pros
Overall it was great to work with such a highly skilled team. I loved the environment and everyone was really kind. I loved the project I was on and they seem to have a lot of great projects.
Cons
No training on company process or procedure, project was a bit chaotic, R&R a bit unclear. There are a lot of platforms and new systems - it's hard to make sense of it all at first. I didn't feel set up to thrive as an outsider/first timer at the company which was disappointing as I really liked the company.
