Toxic management with discrimination and long hours - Operations Manager Masai School Employee Review

* High level of discrimination at the floor level – employees on other floors receive food vouchers, while our floor does not. * Hard work culture – management does not allow employees to leave before 10 PM, even if all assigned work has been completed. * Forced weekend work – employees are often required to work on weekends. * Delayed increment communication – updates regarding salary increments are frequently delayed. * After-office calls – work-related calls continue even after office hours. * Ticket resolution is the only priority – employee well-being, learning, and career growth receive little attention. * Worst management – poor leadership and lack of transparency. * Questionable rating – I am surprised this company has a 4.3 rating on this platform; it does not reflect my experience and may not be genuine.
