in 23 years of warehousing have never seen a company like this that treats you like family. they are a very small company that thrives from its employees. they have team building events every so often to help build teamwork and half day Fridays in the summer as long as you work the extra hour Monday - Thursday. Management does not micro manage unless they really have to, In my almost 4 months there, never had an issue, never yell or scream at the employees, they talk to you like you are human.

there are a few! there is no overtime and I wish they paid better. they do have a bonus program, but have not seen anything as of yet. not consistently busy!!!
