      Pros

      They seem to attract very good and competent people. The engineers, products managers and business unit directors are a treat to work with.

      Cons

      Proper management/administration is non-existant, pay is on the lower side and benefits are meh at best. No office space in Belgrade anymore for multiple months now. No HR representative in Serbia anymore for multiple months. Negotiations with HR are impossible.

      -hybrid working -welfare -nice environment -work life balance

      Cons

      -Low Salaries - Poor Training ((I started as an intern, and my supervisor did not seem adequately prepared to train new people, as he often struggled to explain tasks clearly.) - Lack of Communication -I often perceived the HR team as not fully aligned or supportive, which made some processes more challenging
