Pros
The employees here have fun together and get along great, but also take their jobs seriously and do great work. The leadership is solid, with a great balance between giving good direction and not micromanaging. Work life balance is encouraged, but so is getting the job done well. I started the job whilst working remotely but still got "good vibes" from the overall culture even while working from home. Interview process was very professional, first meeting with the CEO, then a few other members of the team, and then someone else in leadership. I provided several samples of my work and talked about my experience and how I would approach specific client-facing situations.
Cons
Only con I can think of was that the interview process was quite lengthy, but for my particular role I can understand why it would need to be.
