      Pros

      Leadership was engaged with all levels of the team. Very fun working atmosphere. You had a strong sense of the purpose you were working for.

      Cons

      Too much work with the team available. Leadership was told this but did not seem open to thinking about how to reduce this.

      The mission and purpose are great, great team except for the very top

      Cons

      Chaotic and a bad place for women, the CEO has favs and is completely stressed all the time and operates without empathy and is rude and dismissive
