      1. Small office politics 2. Management unable to clearly define goals and objectives 3. Poor salary for rank & file staff 4. Lack of professionalism at Management levels 5. Executive not insync with one another 6. Management unable to prioritize, leaving staff running in different directions -- a "wack-a-mole" style approach to client service
