Pros

Can learn as a fresher- because they are always looking for free labour.

Cons

1. No work life balance- no pay for overtime work, no compensation for extra hours or effort. 2. Lala company where no policy follows the head of the company does what he wants. 3. Pathetic company for experienced individuals- they kill your creativity and no respect for workers. Employees are treated like machines. 4. Salary cut, no payment of bonus, no timely payement of salary, no payment in time, even holidays are not provided appropriately and own leaves are not given when needed. People are fired without any grounds or former knowledge. Very very poor company and culture is very bad.

Pros

Steep learning curve with exposure to multiple aspects of client management, operations, learner engagement, reporting, and SaaS implementation. Opportunity to work directly with clients and gain stakeholder management experience early in your career. High ownership and responsibility, allowing employees to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exposure to EdTech, learning technology, and client-facing business operations. Small team environment can provide visibility into business decisions and cross-functional work. Good platform for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build practical experience quickly.

Cons

The workload can be intense at times, and employees often need to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Processes are still evolving, so adaptability is important. The fast-paced environment may not suit those looking for a highly structured role with clear specialization.

Pros

Really good exposure with leading enterprises. US like corporate environment & on top great cross functional collaboration.

Cons

I would say compensation can be better & there should be flexibility around work arrangement.
