      Management has been open and direct at all times and very understanding of issues or concerns. They take feedback seriously and I've never had issue with them.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, but it's around standard rate in my area.

      Company works with you for your availability and schedule. They have many locations to work at.

      I don't know of any cons to working for Master Security. The hourly wages could be higher.

      Pros

      Like many security jobs, it’s very easy and accesible. You’re sitting most of the time on night shift but day shift is hardwork.

      Cons

      You’re sitting a LOT and it can be suffocating and sometimes even depressing. Hard on the body not moving around much as well.
