Pros
Good pay, solid schedule, great company, awesome coworkers, very effective training (prior to and on-the-job), I felt noticed and appreciated for any extra effort I put into exceeding any possible standard during daily tasks.
Cons
I was told by the company that I would not be hired on directly, so I did then successfully apply through a local staffing agency. The position was short lived. After working there full-time for just over 1 1/2 months, I thought I had possibly contracted COVID19 , It was during the very beginning of the pandemic, so I was just following suite and being extra cautious, I was told, by Mastermold, to NOT come to work UNTIL medically cleared, which I was after less than a week. But I was still terminated. If my gf at the time had not convinced me that I had contracted it just because she was sick, i would have worked there much longer.
