You gain exposure to a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, which can accelerate learning. Many colleagues—especially at junior levels—are genuinely kind, supportive, and hardworking.

High workload, poor communication, ongoing restructuring, and minimal transparency. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent. There’s a pattern of reactive decision-making, limited collaboration across teams, and inconsistent management. Morale tends to be low, and staff are often left in the dark about business direction. Unfortunately, many of the challenges mentioned in other reviews remain unresolved.
