Poor environment - Inventory Associate MasterTag Employee Review

Great company that takes care of its employees. I have never been to a place where the owner considers the well being of their employees when making decisions.

Fun industry to be a part of, good company culture, great support staff, apparent cash flow.

Ever-changing executive staff, lots of close-door meetings for an “open door” philosophy. Extremely low paying for in-house salary employees while outside reps and executives receive enormous salaries. Do not invest in training or educating employees and the high deductible, crappy insurance plans are the icing on the cake.
