It is the most fun interaction with customers.
Cons
The very top of the company favors certain locations. They look for any little discrepancies to constantly slap you with warnings. I take a lot of pride in my work and it has never been so difficult to make management happy. Multiple members of management, all different tiers, wanted different things from everyone. They want employee turn over when you are promoted. They move people up 1, 2, or 3 positions to ensure firings look unbiased.
