Serious Concerns With HR, Safety, and Management Conduct - Line Attendant Masters Gallery Foods Employee Review

Pros

Decent pay and benefits (although benefits seem to be reduced year over year), a predictable schedule, and good coworkers on the floor.

Cons

HR and management do not consistently follow written policies, especially around attendance, FMLA, PTO, and safety. Multiple employees experienced approved FMLA leave later being questioned or having vacation time deducted. Employees who used protected leave were pulled into meetings, warned about attendance, or made to feel targeted. There is a culture of intimidation rather than support, and concerns raised (including safety incidents and inappropriate language) were not handled consistently or transparently. Documentation and written approvals did not always protect employees in practice.

Pros

Their employee cheese store is a very good priced store

Cons

They want you to work like a $50 hr employee but pay you like a $12 employee. No support, nothing changes, line leads treat cutters like crap and the cutters know more about the line then they do. Cutters get blamed for line leads f-ups
