      Pay is okay for the area.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t do their jobs and nothing gets done about it. Some ppl work hard but why? Because the ppl that don’t work get paid the same.

      salaries are more than fair and many extra benefits. people are treated very well

      Cons

      does not hold proper people accountable for their actions. write ups and performance plans for upper level staff for actions of others out of their control. perception is a huge factor in their decisions not the actual skill
