Family run business. Husband and wife bickering at each other in team meetings. Son is General Manager. Micro-managing team members. Poor cash flow and planning. A lot of finger pointing between departments for such a small company. No physical office space. Address is service office. Endless unproductive meetings with no follow up actions. Empty promises.
