      Fighting - Entire Leadership is fighting even the CEO & COO don't talk to each other which is a joke. Departments are selfish and work in silos Product Team is bloated and delivers nothing. Product is full of bugs. All Deals are loss making. And the whole company is bloated with around 150 staff. They will die as soon as funding runs out with no revenue, terrible products, terrible leadership.

      Pros

      - allowed me to have a good cry in front of my colleagues during lunch break and show my vulnerabilities, didn't judge me when i broke down during lunch while missing my 2 uncles who passed away month after another - allowed me to voice the truth, hear me via email on what's going on, even on my last day

      - the under the bus story wasn't great
