      1. Toxic culture - CEO creates his own politics within the company and among the leadership team. The rest of people are too meek to speak up 2. No defined processes or documentation. You end up figuring out yourself mostly 3. No job security as you can be ‘fired’ anytime 4. Very high attrition rate. 5. Beware of the general good reviews that you read.

      - allowed me to have a good cry in front of my colleagues during lunch break and show my vulnerabilities, didn't judge me when i broke down during lunch while missing my 2 uncles who passed away month after another - allowed me to voice the truth, hear me via email on what's going on, even on my last day

      - the under the bus story wasn't great
