Vacation allotment. More pto. less oversight

- allowed me to have a good cry in front of my colleagues during lunch break and show my vulnerabilities, didn't judge me when i broke down during lunch while missing my 2 uncles who passed away month after another - allowed me to voice the truth, hear me via email on what's going on, even on my last day

- the under the bus story wasn't great
