Pros
You do eventually get paid. They at least don't totally stick it to you. If you jump through all of their hoops, they will pay you.
Cons
The company simply survives as a middle man. No value added to any environment. There is nothing worse than a company that adds no value. They have social network promotions to force employees to like them online, aside from the small inner circle, no one really enjoys working here.
