      -Great team members direct coworkers -good food

      Cons

      -worst management I've experienced in 20 years -sexism, discrimination against women, and blatant lying -ineffective operations -toxic workplace culture -unsafe -theft of personal property is commonplace

      Fast career growth, will get you on a good spot quickly if you are on their good side and performing.

      Cons

      Given that they have high turnover you will likely be short staffed and training will be minimal. Decisions change often and communication within leadership is not clear and often delayed.
