It’s incredibly rewarding to see us moving into the 'Run' phase so quickly, proving that leadership isn't just talking about AI—they are executing it. Forward-Thinking Roles: We are currently evolving the team toward a 'Two-Hat-Tester' model (Advanced Level), which bridges the gap between deep technical architecture and quality advocacy. Leadership & Trust: Engineering leadership is incredibly supportive. There is a high level of trust and a clear preference for long-term architectural goals over short-term 'band-aid' fixes. Transparency: The culture is transparent and the company invests heavily in its people, making the onboarding experience as a senior hire seamless and empowering.

Cons

The bar for technical excellence is set very high here. Because we are moving away from traditional QA into "Two-Hat-Tester" and AI-driven models, You have to be someone who loves continuous learning, as the "Crawl-Walk-Run" initiatives move fast and require you to stay updated on the latest in AI and architectural trends daily. It warns lazy candidates or manual QA to stay away while signaling to top talent that this is a high-performance environment.

My team is great. Favorite people I have ever worked with. Interesting work.

Cons

Top leadership and HR are absolutely next-level soulless. Every Town Hall meeting we have is almost comically demoralizing, and everyone basically gets told they are trash and barely deserve a job. They do not care at all about their people. Cannot emphasize enough how gross they are. Turnover is a HUGE problem because of their policies, which has a detrimental impact on the people left behind and the clients they serve.
