- Amazing clients and breadth of project types - Work remote policy - Great people, lots of expertise across all methodologies
Cons
- C-Suite are very cold, don't put employees first. Lay offs happened at the beginning of the year to put the organisation in a 'better position', 2 months later news of minimal bonuses (if any), promotion/pay rise freezes and hire freezes - You're evaluated as a number, not as an individual
