Pros
- Health Insurance - Some people I have worked with are nice , really smart and hardworking - Remote working most of the time
Cons
- Lack of Transparency- The company is doing bad financially at the moment and there isn't 100% transparency on redundancies and financials. They have recently made quite a few people redundant quite suddenly but assure us we are not at risk which I don't quite believe. - VP's are assigned as Account leads on projects but are so out of touch on the project and how to run them. Majority of VP's will under cost a project adding pressure to the project team to deliver but at a lower cost. - Underpaid for my level but expected to work over time in order to deliver a project -It's a large company but many of their processes and systems are not structured at all - The way in which resourcing is done is disorganized and quite illogical. They will assign random people with a mis-match of expertise to projects
