      1.Company never thought about you before they doing layoff. 2. Toxic work culture 3. Company not giving hike and appraisal 4. Company only thought there company improvement. 5. Don't care about employees 6. If come to bench then you fire 7. Randomly release from project and fire people 8 . Adding strict goal which cannot achieveable. 9. Everyone blaming each other

      My team is great. Favorite people I have ever worked with. Interesting work.

      Top leadership and HR are absolutely next-level soulless. Every Town Hall meeting we have is almost comically demoralizing, and everyone basically gets told they are trash and barely deserve a job. They do not care at all about their people. Cannot emphasize enough how gross they are. Turnover is a HUGE problem because of their policies, which has a detrimental impact on the people left behind and the clients they serve.
