Probably one of the best jobs I had.

-This is a very great company to gain experience with your teaching skills. If you are interested in teaching elementary~middle school kids, this is the right place. -Management is very supportive, and they have a growth oriented mind set. Benefits are positively correlated with your improvement in teaching skills and classroom management skills. -You get to build a genuine rapport with the students and the parents. You are assigned students so you see the same kid every week.

-As you build a rapport with the students, they can get too comfortable with you and classes can get a bit noisy and hard to manage at times. Having a little patience wouldn't hurt you.
