      Pros

      Great people, fair pay, helpful and welcoming environment. Can't say enough about the people working here. Great way to prepare for a teaching position.

      Cons

      Kids can sometimes get out of hand, but nothing that a teacher shouldn't expect from time to time.

      Great company to work at, great environment, and good pay. Great place to get your foot in the door and to expand people skills

      Cons

      Still a relatively smaller company so room for growth is limited (for now)
