      Pros

      The first two agents I had with M&P were extremely nice and helpful. I really felt like they had my back when my first job downsized and I needed new work, quickly finding options and negotiating for raises as requested. They were very supportive and checked in on how I was doing.

      Cons

      Inconsistent communication depending on who your agent is.

      Pros

      This is probably the best agency I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve worked with several. Good PTO and friendly knowledgeable recruiters

      Cons

      Clients sometimes don’t make extension decisions until the last second, which isn’t really Mathys’s fault, but it does make it difficult to plan.

      Pros

      My last contract was through M+P and they were wonderful to work with. Both of the recruiters I worked with were knowledgeable and kind, and checked in with me often. The HR department was quick to respond to questions about health insurance or payroll.

      Cons

      There are no paid holidays, but I think that's pretty standard with staffing agencies.
