Pros

None at all. The only people paid in a living wage range are the c suite who produce no real value to the company.

Cons

Everything. Low pay scale. No bonus, no extra anything. Cut costs and cut salaries to make more money for the greedy investors. Neenah was a good company until mativ greed ruined. Ut the worthless always demand a premium for their monumental mistakes. Like paying the old ceo 2 million upon termination even though you had her dead to rights on ethics clause. But to emforce that, you have to enforce ethics on the ceo who took over and used company assests to attend his nfl teams game.

Pros

Great exposure and growth opportunities. Teaches a lot.

Cons

No cons. Can't complain as I got all of the respect I deserved.

Pros

Good benefits and competitive pay structure. You won't get rich at Mativ but you will make a competitive wage. Sales teams are mostly autonomous and given enough rope to do their jobs. Midwest manufacturing locations are some of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever worked with.

Cons

Mativ exists in mature and mostly declining business segments which makes sales growth a struggle. Atlanta Corp HQ is largely an inbred mess and a huge financial drain on the company. Many friends and cronies brought over from other companies (Georgia Pacific, Newell Brands) and there has been huge corporate turnover recently. Some of the financial gain and grift that I have seen from senior management is appalling. Publicly traded company so do your research. Pretty much anyone with tenured industry experience has retired or left the company. Management level industry knowledge is very limited.
