      Great people and great products.

      Cons

      The leadership seems to be running the company into the ground. There are hiring and travel restrictions in place, but Supply Chain seems to be able to travel all over on boondoggles. I have worked with a lot of Supply Chain people over the years and that ones that never add any value are the ones that travel all over the place and have in person big meetings in mills that are putting people on furlough, even though the meetings could be held virtually (except for the dinners, drinks and team building activities ).

      None. Unless you thrive in a bully environment

      No bonuses except management. Manager turn over is once a year and to boot they have no idea about the department they were hired to manage. Just imagine for a second, you work in IT and your senior leader has never worked in IT. Couple that with recording and reporting them for being a bully and they target you. Thought HR was there to enforce the rules, but I guess management is excluded. Makes sense when the head of HR has never worked a real job a day in her life and personifies the bully attitude.
