      Pros

      None. They hire you with xyz title and then reorganize and give you a lower title so they can justify not giving a decent raise.

      Cons

      Literally your manager can give a five star rating and hr knocks it down for tmyour yearly review so thwy have a reason to short change you. They give you responsibility of two people and pay you below the average of one person. I mean they have to pay for all the c suite cucks to have lunch catered in daily and have their trips around the globe paid for, god forbid you attend meeting in teams

      None. Unless you thrive in a bully environment

      Cons

      No bonuses except management. Manager turn over is once a year and to boot they have no idea about the department they were hired to manage. Just imagine for a second, you work in IT and your senior leader has never worked in IT. Couple that with recording and reporting them for being a bully and they target you. Thought HR was there to enforce the rules, but I guess management is excluded. Makes sense when the head of HR has never worked a real job a day in her life and personifies the bully attitude.
