      Pros

      Very easy job, the company as a whole has several employees who has been with them 20 year+ you dont see that much anymore, if you like complacency and are looking for a easy decent paying job this place is okay. Having 3 day weekends, 10 hour work days is good.

      Cons

      Some of the employees that have been there 20+ years are very hard to work with, pay raises are not very good, definitely a language barrier between some employees, company seems to focus on the wrong things to much, not much room for growth in the company.

      None. Unless you thrive in a bully environment

      Cons

      No bonuses except management. Manager turn over is once a year and to boot they have no idea about the department they were hired to manage. Just imagine for a second, you work in IT and your senior leader has never worked in IT. Couple that with recording and reporting them for being a bully and they target you. Thought HR was there to enforce the rules, but I guess management is excluded. Makes sense when the head of HR has never worked a real job a day in her life and personifies the bully attitude.
