      Senior management is disconnected from what is really happening below them When money is involved, management's attitude change and the engineers are typically micromanaged more

      Pros

      Everyone is nice, shop is always clean, managers are easy to talk to. Owner is a good guy.

      Cons

      A while into working for this company, we had a meeting and our owner told us no raises for a whole year. That set my pace for no expectations.. nothing good out of this job. I even saw our company confirm a covid case in office and the next day had 15 reps from a customer come in and nothing was cancelled or delayed putting everyone including these 15 people in office and in shop at risk. Shop conversations were often lude and discriminatory.
