Business Outlook
Pros
Onboarding is a very smooth process. The paychecks are on time and accurate. Everyone I've spoken with at the company is friendly and helpful. My assignment have all been great.
Cons
Communication is sometimes lacking. No vacation or personal days, no raises. This may be something that I should be communicating/negotiating, but there have been many instances when my contract has been extended and I'm never told about it so I don't get an opportunity to request a raise or some paid vacation time.
