Great place to work - Dispatcher Matrix Expedited Service Employee Review

Matrix Expedited Service is an amazing company. Family atmosphere. We work together as a team and the team communication is great.

I really haven't found any.

There are no pros to working at this company.

A five thousand dollar sine on bonus that you will never be paid.This company does orientation every week because they can't keep drivers,it's a revolving door.They pay by the mile and you will sit at ford docks for three to four hours.The driver will work fourteen hours a day and have no life.The management will treat you like a robot and keep you under a microscope.The company has satellite and can see if you pull into a McDonald's and will call you and say I see you pulled into a McDonald's.The company mechanics will go off on you for nothing because they can.You will work seventy hours a week and will gross 700 dollars. The driver will be expected to come in to work at tow am or three am and be expected to work a fourteen hour day most of it sitting at ford gm or Chrysler truck docks.I am just trying to help my fellow drivers so they know what there getting into with this place,I wish someone would have told me.
