Pros
Matrix Human Services has 23 programs across its organization & therefore has a large network of people with resources and information. It has been around for some time now and has definitely established itself in the Detroit community. It has one of the largest Head Start programs in the state.
Cons
Because there are so many people involved with MHS, programs are often disconnected from each other and very minimally know what the other programs are doing. With so many people with great potential, it is sad to see that there is minimal succession planning for employees.
