My employer is great to it's employees. They pay 100% of my insurance, match 401k, give PTO time and competitive salary.

If any one feels there is a con to working here it is because they don't like being a part of a team.

You made your destiny since management was not around and gave you no help or training.

Gave you a 500 page training manual you went over in two days with a person who was not a trainer. Really messed up how they jumped from subject matter with no evaluation.
