Good pay masters but toxic culture - AVP-Finance Matrix Partners Employee Review

This is an excellent company with terrific employees. Many of the administrative team members have been there for 20+ years. It is a small company, which is desirable given the close community and camaraderie shared by all. I always felt respected and applauded for my work. I highly recommend this role.
