Pros
It's a work hard play hard environment. Company is very open to bringing new ideas..and expects leaders and and solution architects! Open to changing things up if needed...Always looking for opportunity's. The company has been extremely good to me. I'm blessed to be a part of it. Takes care of the employees at a social level, approachable when life throws us toast instead of donuts.I work in the head office, so I am spoiled by having administration to support me here & now(I hate email). Hey any company that puts in a gym for it's employees is looking out for everyone's best interests.
Cons
Glenn & Shelly are such good people....ya got me..I give up...what????..this column is irrelevant. The only thing that I think we be good is to have a RRSP plan setup thru Matrix.. I'm not sure what it would look like...matching...once a year bonus..just a thought.
