Pros
a few cool clients but there is no other pro's of being here. they will pitch clout and cool work because thats all they have.
Cons
horrible leadership, horrible benefits, 3 greedy selfish white dudes appropriating black culture, horrible pay, disrespectful communication , no self awareness, be careful of the contracts you sign , you will never get paid on time, forget about any time you have for yourself, zero room for growth, they hire young people who are financially illiterate
