      The leadership is evil. These arrogant people want employees to report what they are doing every minute of every day. It crushes employee confidence and creates a stressful ambiance. Please beware!

      Leadership at Matteo's is filled with arrogant individuals driven by massive egos. Many supervisors are unapproachable, offering little help and even less support. Feedback is ignored, and independent thinking is clearly unwelcome. They want yes-men who never question their questionable decisions
