      1. Good and Capable engineering Team at working level

      1. Highly incapable Technical team at leadership level forcing working team to run like headless chicken in all the directions at same time with no clear vision, targets and ofcourse ever-changing goals. 2. Co-founders are busy in doing self sabotage politics but putting the blame on working level for no output

      The team environment is positive, and colleagues are supportive and cooperative. Flexible working hours provide a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of a clear company vision; decision-makers often seem uncertain about the next direction. Goals and priorities change frequently, making it difficult to maintain stability and focus. Salaries are not always credited on time. PF and TDS contributions are often delayed and not submitted within the expected timelines.
