      Long breaks, healthcare, friendly doctors, holiday pay, vacation and sick pay. Rewarding to help and build relationships with patients.

      Cons

      Unprofessionalism shown in conflict resolutions, and staff, immature young staff, favoritism, nepotism, gossip in the workplace.
