Pros
Great products. Wonderful opportunity to help the health of others. The vast majority of the people in middle management and base employees care about their jobs and the company. We do our best yet are hindered by lack of budget monies and denial of problems from top executives.
Cons
Top executives are not good leaders for a network marketing company - they are attorneys. They ignore problems continually brought to their attention. They seem to think people will go away if they ignore the problems - any many do leave over it. They don't pay their field associates accurately or consistent with their pay plan. They give new sales tools to selected field associates only. Middle management does their best but all everything needs executive approval - which is rarely given. You are considered a non-team player if you try to bring problems to their attention. They only want to hear the good things - none of the bad.
