      Asks for your thoughts, experiences, and difficulties in work. Understanding. The CEO does his best to keep a professional yet easy relationship with employees. Shares own experiences and strategies that could help out in my work. One call away - if there's any trouble, questions, and/or help needed, CEO is very easy to contact and would reply as quickly as possible. The process of my work has changed a lot and has been modified a few times, but each time it gets better.

      None encountered. Work is enjoyable.

      Pros

      With the immediate need to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic Max Netflow took our very in-person infrastructure into the cloud.

      Cons

      We're now moving a lot more smoothly and safely through our daily tasks and the remote support is unmatched. Max Netflow met us where our needs were so our learning curve was minimal. The remote chat is something we use daily, we have never had such quick and intelligent service from IT. We are so thankful to have Max Netflow as our IT services and recommend them to any business, no matter the size.

      Pros

      I've learned a great deal of my skills and IT knowledge here at MNF from Managed Services to Facilities Securities. I've learned that being authentic and honest in everything you say to prospective clients is the best way to go. I am grateful everyday working for a company such as MNF. To add to the pros of working here, you get to have 1-on-1 training from the owner/CEO who definitely is one of the good guys.

      I can't think of anything right now. Probably working remotely due to the Pandemic.
