      Pros

      the store was small, and the flow of customer traffic was steady. For the amount of work that was asked, the pay was fair.

      Cons

      management did not seem very competent. there was no loss prevention policy. the store policy was not clear and the environment was very slack.

      Pros

      I worked in one of the retail locations as a SM. The hours were long, but the crew I had made it all worth while. My district manager was always a phone call away willing to give direction or input on a situation.

      Cons

      They don't pay the sales associates very much. There is a lot asked of a sales associate and the hours are not always enough to go around.

      Cons

      Managers and shifts frequently stole merchandise and helped their friends steal. Poorly managed.
