Pros

For me, MaxAudience was a perfect fit three + years ago. But, I can imagine that there are those who would not feel the same way and I respect that. Here's what I mean: I specifically want an environment where I am not compensated for anything that I haven’t earned but definitely am compensated for EVERYTHING that I do earn. MaxAudience has certainly turned out to be that environment. As you can imagine, that approach is not for everyone but it truly is for success minded people. Interestingly enough, the company’s method of dealing with its clients mirrors that approach. The company expects to earn its role in the client relationship each and every month. The Production side of the company (all of which is not only local but mostly in the same office) has to be just as tough minded. Addressing the needs of clients on the same timeline as clients’ expectations can be challenging. From my vantage point it works like a relatively well-oiled machine with the normal, occasional upheaval because there are human beings involved. After all, MaxAudience has grown significantly over the past three years and occasional upheaval is expected.

Cons

Every “Pro” mentioned above can have an equal and corresponding “Con” depending on one’s expectations and approach. Even the concept of training and leads. MaxAudience is NOT for the individual who cannot be self-reliant (within the system), MaxAudience is NOT for the individual who thinks that it is actually possible to TRAIN someone to do business development for any Marketing Services and MaxAudience is NOT for the individual who looks at the services and capabilities that are provided to its client base and automatically thinks “SEO”. MaxAudience is so much more.

Pros

Exciting and educational, Maxaudience is truly an inspiring place to work. I specifically sought out this company for its fun and creative environment, and was not disappointed. They were able to take all the skills I learned at my previous positions and utilize them to make me successful in this incredible industry I love.

Cons

Almost too cool of a place to work.

Pros

Working with the team was good. Some creative skilled people but underpaid, not appreciated and not trusted. Glad I ran into my boy and he is also out of there. We both talk about how physically sick that place made us. Should have wrote this review before.

Cons

These owners can not be more opposites. Smith liked no one and you could feel that. I remember having to listen to him bragging about his vacations and jet skis while we all made barely minimum wages. We would hear him complain about us paychecks our work but no training or help. Good thing he barely showed up and never worked direct with us. Mark was always changing things leaving doubt and taking orders. He was sure known for causing problems with people interoffice.
