Pros
Good company culture regarding employees. Good work/life balance. Very knowledgeable in their subject matter and vertical markets. Excellent customer service and delivery. Average benefits.
Cons
Too much emphasis on company culture to the point of impacting business development. Marketing too focused on "we/us" rather than on new prospective business. A bit naive when looking at expanding into markets, particularly the US. Unrealistic expectations on market uptake of software in new markets.
