- Coworkers are attentive and will try to help you as much as they can. Helpful and friendly - Flexible schedule - Remote - Work on an interesting product - Diverse team
Cons
- Startup culture. This can be both a pro and a con. For me it was mostly a con because although I enjoyed working on new features constantly, the changing of requirements at the last second and the lack of clarity on assignments made this a less than ideal position for an intern - 50 hour work week average for Software Engineers with no overtime pay - Lack of proper documentation and general disorganization. Multiple times a team member would have to work on their day off because no one else knew how to fix 'X'
